Hong Kong - It Begins

So its time for planning a fall trip. We have been beating around ideas for september of this year. Belize, Rome/Venice, or London (for New Years, yeah not really the fall, but work with me). On a whim, I look at a few sites advertising specials for Asia, Hong Kong specifically. It is now 2 weeks later and I have reserved 2 rooms in Hong Kong, through a most excellent friend of mine. Why the 2 rooms? To us its not a vacation unless friends come along, so one friend is joining with the possibility of one or more as summer goes by.

The hotel, in case you are wondering is the Excelsior located in Hong Kong. Thanks to my friend I was able to book rooms with un-obstructed views of the harbor. We cannot wait for this trip, sure to be fun, specially with friends along. More to come as the trip gets closer.
